Project Online desktop client can be used as a standalone application or it can connect to Project Online. Project Online desktop client is the subscription version of the Project Professional desktop client and is available in Project Plan 3 and Project Plan 5 subscriptions.

If you use the defaults just hit OK , it will copy an image to your clipboard for pasting into another tool such as PowerPoint. This should activate the snipping tool so you can capture the desire area of the screen you like, then save it as jpg or png format, or copy and paste into powrpoint.
