I tell her the name of the person on the email I got, and she transfers me over to that person. I get voice mail. I leave a message, saying that I faxed over my form previously, and I am not in the system. I leave my email address, name, and last 4 of my social. No call back in two days. Finally today, I just said bucket and mailed the form by registered mail. My question is, does anyone else here deal with the FMP? Is there a secret to getting them to respond, or at least give a sign that they are trying to help you?
